To provide you with the highest quality products at the best possible value, we utilize specialized international distribution centers. Because of this direct logistics model, we do not currently offer overnight or next-day delivery.

1. Order Processing (1-4 Days)
Once your payment is verified, your order is immediately sent to our warehouse system. Here, it undergoes order verification, a final quality assurance check, and secure packaging. This process typically takes 1–4 business days before the parcel leaves our facility.

2. Shipping Duration (7-14 Days)
This refers to the time it takes for items to travel from our international warehouse to your doorstep. For our main service areas (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and Switzerland), delivery typically takes 7–14 days.

3. Order Tracking
Peace of mind matters. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your personal Tracking Number. You can use this to track your package's journey directly on our website at any time.

Note: While tracking is available for almost all orders, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system after you receive your email.
